Claims and handovers
Nikhoj is a platform that connects finders and owners. We do not take custody of items and are not a party to any handover. Always verify ownership and meet safely. Never pay a fee to “release” an item.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to defraud others, harvesting personal data, disrupting the platform, or using it for any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The Nikhoj name, logo, and platform are our property. You retain rights to the content you post but grant us a licence to display it as part of providing the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nikhoj is not liable for the accuracy of user reports, the conduct of users, or any loss arising from a handover arranged through the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
